Went to AMK S11 (the huge one) with my family last weekend. It was 7pm, and the alfresco area still had quite a few empty tables. I ordered this Mei Cai Kou Rou from the Pig Organ Soup Stall, along with Pig Organ Soup and a bowl of rice. I asked the lady to pour some gravy over the white rice, coz my girl was going to have the rice and she LOVES gravy haha. Service was okay, no complaints, just the usual flustered look haha.

The Mei Cai was not so salty, but very tasty and exactly the standard I like. Very homey taste :o) The pork belly was a teeny bit tough, people who prefer the nua nua pork belly probably will not like it. Cos as u can see, the pieces of pork belly were cut quite thickly, hence the level of nua-ness will definitely be affected. But I was okay with it, coz I like the THICK PIECE OF FAT :P
